Xbox one KotOR save game won't tansfer from one Xbox one to another Xbox one.

You can try moving them over manually. If you have a USB stick you should be able to copy the saves to that and then move them to the new Xbox manually.

It is possible to save gameplay on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One without Internet access. The only thing that won't happen is your game saves won't be backed up to the Xbox Cloud (on Xbox One) and you can't use the Xbox 360 cloud-saved game storage.

On Xbox One, you will need to make sure your console is set to offline only mode, so it won't try to copy your game save to the cloud. However, there may be some titles that require an online save. Does someone know if NBA 2K18 is one of those games?

The game data should be there once you log-in and download the games.

Unfortunately, the hard drive of the Xbox One is
not meant to be removable, so the data inside is not transferrable.

The support forum is not going to be able to assist you outside of what is suggested by the official support documentation, since you have disassembled your Xbox and everything.

The best way to backup game saves is to connect the Xbox to the internet so the saves will be safely stored in the cloud, which helps avoid situations like this. You may already have game saves on the cloud if you've at least periodically connected your
old Xbox One to the internet, but they'd only be as recent as the last time you've connected.
