Xbox One Kinect Stopped Working

Like others on here, my Kinect has suddenly stopped working. The Xbox One reports that it is unplugged, even though it isn't. I've tried all of the recommended remedies, but still no joy. I'm in the UK, and have tried to set-up an Advanced Exchange, but
I keep getting an error screen whilst processing the order. Anyone else in the UK having the same issue?

My XBoxOne suddenly stopped working last night as well. Was there an update recently or something? In addition to my Kinect suddenly bricking, it also stopped turning my TV & receiver off/on. The heck's going on?

 

CORRECTION: My KINECT suddenly stopped working last night. The console itself is still functioning, other than the Kinect being dead and the console no longer powering down/up my television & receiver.

 

I've got a replacement Kinect on the way - apparently. I had to go through the online chat support.

 

I guess I'll do the same, Pilgrim. Did they ask that you ship back your XboxOne and/or Kinect?

 

They just want the Kinect back, once the replacement has arrived.
