    Xbox One Kinect Sensor is dead (again), Requesting Advanced Exchange


    It seems like my Xbox One Kinect sensor is dead once again. This is the second time it has died since I received the Xbox One Day One console. I am trying to setup an Advanced Exchange out of warranty option but there are no options and it tells me to contact
    Xbox Support. So here's the contacting. Please advise what to do.

    I really wish your hardware was stable.

    My disappointment with my Xbox One system.

    When I was requesting servicing of my console and Kinect, it said that my repair was not eligible for Advanced Exchange.

    Disappointed with xbox support.

    Why is there no advanced exchange for you? I did AE with my dead kinect and it was replaced in a reasonable time frame.

    You have the following options for getting your product serviced:

    Standard repair or exchange: Microsoft will provide a shipping label for you to use to send your console or sensor to the service centre. And you can do that here:

    Advance exchange: Microsoft will send a replacement product to you first, and then you'll send back your non-working item. There are a few important things to note about advance exchange:

    A service fee may apply

    You must provide credit card details for an advanced exchange. A hold for the value of the console or Kinect sensor will be placed on your credit card.

    You're responsible for sending the non-working product in within 14 days after receiving the replacement to avoid having your credit card charged.

    To request advance exchange, contact Xbox Support to verify your eligibility:
