Xbox one kinect not working since new update

Hello, my gamertag is . I was chosen to preview the new update for xbox one. The first update worked fine, but when the 2nd update wave came out my xbox's kinect has not worked ever since. It is plugged it and the xbox recognizes it, but it
will not turn on. This is a major issue as i can not use critical aspects of the xbox i would like to use, such as recording videos and saying"xbox record that" when i do something i really enjoyed. I tried waiting a week to see if it would change but it is
still the same result. If you could please respond i would appreciate that, i could really use some help. Thank You

Record That not working

Since the new update the "Record That" feature is not working, the Kinect reads the command but the clip is not saved, when will this be fixed

Xbox One Kinect Unplugged

BUMP and UPDATE

New Kinect has been working with my original Xbox One flawlessly. It seems to be the Kinect that's the problem.

I had the exact same issue after the preview update. I was told on the preview forum to call in at (800) 469-9269 XBOX support. Turned out it was coincidental and my Kinect had to be replaced. Good luck!
