Xbox One Kinect not turning on

Anyone else experience this? A couple days ago the Kinect light was flickering between on and off, and now it just won't start up at all. The Xbox One itself is working fine, but the Kinect seems to have died.

Any possible fixes, or does this require warranty repair/replacement?

kinect just stopped turning on.

my kinect just stopped working one day. the kinect is plugged in properly, the kinect is turned on in settings. how can the kinect sensor just stop working with no warning? tried turning everything off and unplugging everything for a few minutes, plugging
everything back in and turning it on. kinect still not turning on.

Unplug the main power supply to the console and to the power brick. Let the brick sit until the light goes completely out and then for about a minute after. Repower everything. If light does not come on, go to settings>Kinect. If the console doesn't see
the Kinect then I would say an advanced exchange is in order. Call support. I came home from work and had no Kinect light on mine. It just gave up during the day.... meh... warranty.

Also ensure the Kinect is plugged in all the way... It clicks in when fully in, and I had a issue where it was working, then stopped... I tried pushing the plug in again, and it clicked... I just missed it the first time.

If that's not it... Maybe a warrant job as kingvas said.

Your Xbox One Kinect Sensor won’t turn on

The Kinect for 360 doesn't "turn off". You can just unplug it, however. For the Xbox One, follow these instructions:

*Kinect listens and shuts down the users Xbox One*

It's just the beta box having system issues.

I regret to say I do not have an Xbox One Kinect. But, this maybe a situation where the Kinect itself needs to be updated, see Update your Kinect sensor at "Your

Try unplugging the Kinect, doing a hard boot start up on your Xbox One, then turn it off, plug in your Kinect, turn it on (hard boot) and then recalibrate Kinect in absolute SILENCE.
