Xbox one kinect light!!!! ;((

When ever I die or hit the in game menu button my kinect light will flicker of turn off for a second, It only does it in this game (well cod AW too but that's when i leave a match or if its over, i think that's normal) , I don't know what to do!
Is it normal? what should i do! I spent all my money on this xbox and now i could possibly be braking the kinect slowly over time from playing one of my favorite games ;(( Is this normal? should i be worried? who else has this problem! should i stop playing
the game?!?!? will there be a fix for this problem if its not normal? ;(

try the hard reboot

First press and hold the power button on the console for 5 seconds until it will turn off.

Disconnect all the wires attached to your console, including the power cord in the wall socket or any power source.

Wait for 1 minute until the LED of the power brick will turn off.

Reconnect all the wires to the console also the power cord on the wall socket. Wait for the power brick's LED turn to orange color. It is important to make sure you connect the power supply directly into a wall outlet, avoiding any surge protectors or
extension cords because they can affect the performance of your power supply, which has built-in surge protection.

When it is orange. you can turn on your console.
