Xbox-one kinect issue

Hi Team,

I have some serious irritating issue with my Xbox-one kinect that it is getting disconnected frequently. The worst thing is that I am not getting a good support from Microsoft. Please help me on this. It is really irritating when I do a skype call. Kinect
is getting disconnected every 5 secs.

Xbox one kinect issue

each time i say xbox pause it says cant pause from here. nothing pauses anymore when i tell it to. how do i fix this?

Xbox one kinect issue

Hey there! I know this post is a couple of days old, but here are some things you can try if you haven't already: ry to shut down the console and unplug it from the power source as well. Make sure the Kinect is also unplugged. Also, make sure that your console
is plugged into the wall outlet and not a power strip, otherwise it won't receive enough power. Don't worry about needing a surge protector; the Xbox One has a surge protector built into the power supply.

Try these troubleshootingsteps

1.Power off the console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2.Unplug the console’s power.

3.Unplug the Kinect sensor from the Xbox One console.

4.Plug the console power back in.

5.Press the Xbox button on your console to power up the Xbox One.

6.Press the Menu button on your controller.

7.Select Settings, and then select Kinect.

8.Plug the Kinect sensor into the back of the console and wait up to two minutes for it to be recognized.

I regret to say I do not have an Xbox One Kinect. But, this maybe a situation where the Kinect itself needs to be updated, see Update your Kinect sensor at "Your
Xbox One Kinect Sensor won’t turn on". Also, you can find more information at "Troubleshoot issues with the Xbox One Kinect Sensor" and "Kinect

If you’re having trouble with your Xbox One Kinect Sensor, verify that the sensor is turned on. You’ll know it’s on if the Xbox logo on the front of the sensor is lit.

If the Xbox logo on the front of the sensor is not lit, or it’s lit but your console says the sensor is disconnected, follow the troubleshooting steps on this page.
