Pacific Rim: The Kaiju Wars



STORY = It takes place some time before the events from the movie

DESCRIPTION = Customize your Jaeger and take the fight to the Kaiju with the power of the Kinect.

FEATURES = Imagine controlling your Jaeger with your own moves. While some actions will require pre-set / pre-programmed motions, the rest is up to you. When not of the battlefield, explore the base and interact with other pilots

THE PROBLEM = It has to be a First Person Perspective. The developers would have to make sure that the Kinect is able to successfully follow the users motions without delay. Voice Commands will be necessary for functions such as switching to ranged weapons.

Jurassic Park: Survivor



STORY = You're stuck in Jurassic Park (after the movie)

DESCRIPTION = Hide, run, or fight. How will you survive?

PROBLEM = It will require the developers to create a completely interactable environment in a completely open world map. It has to be responsive to the player's motions as well as the players voice / sounds (example: You yell / make noise to lure the T-Rex
away because it is blocking your path).

Please Develop More Games for Kinect on Xbox One

Why Microsoft and other companies stopped developing KINECT GAMES FOR XBOX ONE CONSOLE?

I have recently purchased Xbox One Console with Kinect especially for Kinect Games, but I have seen these days that, no new games added to Kinect for Xbox One , also there is Backward Compatibility for Kinect Games,

Now I am disappointed and planning sell my Xbox One and buy Xbox 360
please develop all the Kinect 360 Games for Xbox One Kinect.

Xbox 360 KINECT ganmes on XBOX ONE

I have new Xbox one with Kinect but I see that there are only some Kinect games for Xbox one. Can I play any Xbox 360 kinect game on Xbox one ???

 

Well, both games would need permission to used the associated licenses/franchises. That being said, if it were possible, I like the ideas. The fact that the pilots in Pacific Rim needed to move their bodies to get their jaegars to do what they wanted lends
itself well to the Kinect. As for Jurassic Park Survivor, the game was already made, sans Kinect, and was called
it didn't do so well.

I'm aware of the Jurassic Park game that "Tell Tale Games" made for the Xbox 360 & I've played it in my friends place (I love the Walking Dead series). Jurassic Park is a good game, I liked it and quite honestly I feel that it is under rated.

Jurassic Park: Survivor is like TES: Oblivion & TES: Skyrim, not like the "Tell Tale Games" where everything is linear.

Also, a feature that I would like to see in "Pacific Rim: The Kaiju Wars" and "Jurassic Park: Survivor" is Movie Mode. Movie Mode is a replay of your game (so you can enjoy the fruits of your labor & share it if you want to).

Please don't be mad / angry at me.

I wasn't able to check out the link that you provided in your post because my Laptop battery was down to 15% and I accidentally forgot to pack the power cord in the Laptop Bag

Henceforth, I thought that you were refering to the Xbox 360 version.

I had to quickly send my previous post out and turn off my Laptop before the battery died because I am using the "High Performance" setting (drains battery A LOT faster) with the screen brightness at 75% out of 100%.

Furthermore, I don't have a "Data Plan" on my Cell Phone as I only use it for talking and texting (I use my Laptop for internet).

I just watched it. With that said, it would be awesome to have a PROPERLY done Jurassic Park game on the Xbox One using the foundations that Jurassic Park Trespasser has laid out

Don't worry, Lei Fang, I'm not mad at you (although I had a lot of personal things to be mad about last night). As a matter of fact, I rather like your posts, particularly the "hello" and "have a nice day" parts - keep doing that; it helps you stand out
in a positive way.

 

Didn't really know about these games but games I have which have Xbox 1 Kinect features are Zoo Tycoon and Kinect Sports Rivals (does Forza have 'em?). Well it's 11:11 pm for me so will be going to sleep soon. Watch Dogs releases tomorrow.
