Discus and support Xbox one kinect games to be ported to pc? in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I really love the games, I really do, and it would be much easier to just connect a kinect to your pc and start playing, plus there is already a kinect...     Xbox one kinect games to be ported to pc?


    I really love the games, I really do, and it would be much easier to just connect a kinect to your pc and start playing, plus there is already a kinect released for the pc, so I don’t see why not, and another thing we can preserve the Xbox one kinect games. Pls make this happen, the games are a ton of fun.

    If you're using an original Xbox One, there's a unique dedicated port on the back for plugging in a Kinect sensor.

    Make very sure you're in the right USB port if you have an Xbox One without a dedicated Kinect port (like an Xbox One S or Xbox One X)!

    The Kinect--even though it has a power adapter--needs consistent voltage in its USB connection too, and only the USB port on the Xbox labeled "Kinect" provides it (that's the port closest to the HDMI I believe.) A POWERED USB hub may work too.

    But... plugging the Kinect into one of the other two USB ports--or a non-powered USB hub--will cause problems -- either a warning to plug it in the right port... or intermittent connection issues... or a failure to be detected at all.

    It is a custom shaped USB 3.0 port coupled with a power port.
