Xbox One Kinect for PC (Windows 10) Compatibility

Hey,

Wasn't sure if this was already a post or not so I just created a new one. I'm one of the individuals that got the Xbox one when the Kinect was still included, so instead of having a brick with a 1080p camera in it, I looked around and saw that Microsoft
released an adapter for the kinect to be used on PC. So in my mind I'm like great I can stream and make youtube videos from the kinect that I will never use on my xbox lol. So its a win/win I no longer have a brick lol, and I have a decent camera/mic for my
new PC Rig.

Now my concern is that there aren't to many reviews or posts on this topic that I could find, but I would like to know if anyone has experience with this product and does it function correctly. All I need is the basic camera/mic features to work for steaming
and youtube. Being able to stream Gears of War 4 on my PC would be great, or record with my reactions during gameplay for youtube. >

One possible reason as to why you're encountering issues with connecting the controller while streaming using the Xbox app on Windows 10 is due to an outdated device driver. Other reasons are corrupted profile data and compatibility issues with the controllers
and your Windows 10 PC.

We suggest checking if there are updates available for your Xbox controllers on Windows 10. Refer to

How to update your Xbox One Controller on Windows 10 for the steps.

Note: Make sure to restart your console and your Windows 10 PC after updating.

if you have a wired 360 controller or a wireless receiver you should be able to.
