    Xbox one keyboard problems.


    Hi I'm having a problem with the Xbox, occasionally when I go onto messages and try to send a message to someone my Xbox freezes. When I try and bring up the on-screen keyboard it glitches and then freezes and I would be stuck on the keyboard not able to
    do ANYTHING. The only way this can be fixed is by a hard reset of the Xbox and that's really annoying if you're in the middle of a fifa game or something. Does anyone one else experience this? I really hope they patch this because it's annoying asf.

    I just started having this same issue as well, It started in a game during a create a character section, then I went to the store to test it and the keyboard pops up and just freezes then kicks me back to the home screen or just stays where it is, what is

    If you haven't tried already, please fully power cycle your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds (or until your Xbox One powers off). If you're still having trouble let us know!

    Hey there Matt,

    Sorry to hear you are running into problems with your Keyboard.

    What game exactly is it that you are trying to jump into? Make sure that the game itself supports keyboard and mouse.
