Xbox one kept freezing now not turning on

xbox one is 13 months old. Last few weeks it has been freezing.now it won't turn on and i have one very unhappy 11 year old. Game where i bought it won't do anything. Is it fixable?

Skyrim Freezing?

I literally only play 3 hours a day but it kept freezing on one particular bit, no matter how I approached it *boom* frozen

But I do agree, I noticed it myself also, but that was easily sorted by turning it off and on, but with this particular freeze no such luck

 

Anyone had issues with freezing?

Funny thing just happened. Working fine for me this morning. Installed the kinect fitness game. Then it kept freezing on a certain menu. Then it wouldnt let me load up anything at all, not forza, nor battlefield. It would get so far into loading a game or app then freeze. Ive turned it all off and the mains and back on again and all seems fine now.
