Xbox one keeps Turning itself on and Keeps Ejecting Disc

Hello for the past 2 months My Xbox one Keeps keeps turning itself on all the time and even at night it'll make a ''Bing'' sound and turn itself on.. than when i'm playing a game it'll make a Bing sound and eject the game Disc and give an error message''
your profile cannot play online'' even though my Console or profile isn't banned. This is very Frustrating can somebody help me with this

Console turns itself on, ejects disc

My Xbox One has been turning on all by itself and ejecting the disc. Seconds later, it takes the disc back in - sometimes turning off, sometimes remaining on. This is especially annoying when I am sleeping, as the constant "ding" sound of the ejection keeps
me awake.

No, a hard reset did not work.

Any and all ideas are appreciated.

 

new xbox 250gb disc tray opens and closes randomly by itself.

my new xbox 250gb console keeps turning itself on and ejecting tray randomly by itself. anyone else having same problem? please any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

My husband and I are having the same problem except for right now is with the Blu-ray disc it keeps stopping the movie and spitting it out and giving us an error. We did some reading and found out that a bunch of other people are also having this issue and
it has to do with the most recent update.

Could you try to perform the following steps and see if it solves the issue ?

First make sure there is no more disc in your console and then;

1. Press the Home button
2. Press the Menu button (right from the home button),and select
   Settings
3. From there select Disc & Blu-ray and select Persistent
   storage
4. Select Clear persistant storage 3 times, it's important you do it 3 times
   
5. After you've done that perform a
   Powercycle
   
   (You can do this by holding down the powerbutton on your console for approx. 10 seconds untill it turns off)
   
6. Unplug the powercord from your Xbox One and from the wallsocket itself and wait for the light on the powerbrick to go out
   
   
7. Connect everything again and see if the issue has been resolved

Also to prevent your console from autimatically updating or turning on you can do the following

1. Press the Home button
2. Press the Menu button (right from the home button),and select
   Settings
3. Select Power & startup
4. Select Power mode instant-on mode and change it to Energy
   saving

This will disable automatic updates when your console is in standby and prevent the use of the Xbox One command, but since you don't use a kinect you don't use that anyway.

 

This same thing has been happening to me for a long time. I just had to do a full factory reset, and now have the new dashboard. I have no idea where Persistent Storage is, or if this will even fix the problem anymore.
