Xbox one keeps switching itself off

Hi

I'm having a problem with my console, It switches and I can do everything except playing a game because as soon as I start opening a game it switches off automatically sometimes it loads but then I can't play the game for more than 5 minutes before it shuts
down. Can you please help as to why it might be doing this

I tried it and it did the same thing, it does it on different games and the thing is once it shuts itself off the light on the power adapter goes off too but I doubt it might be because of the cable/adpater since
it's still in good condition and not bending in any way

Warrety is not valid more. Even though the fix would be cheaper than the new console, the problem may come again. I also don't think they will fix anything under 100 euros. If the problem is more demanding, it would even be crazy to continue with this

Thank you for helping. I just tried compressed air, but you know what happened when i played 15 minutes -...-

In my opinion Xbox isn’t so hot, little warm but I believe it’s very normal.
