XBox One keeps signing out kids profiles.

does it say that the profile was signed in on other console?

Do they have multiple consoles in the house? This could cause them to sign out. Also are you linking controller to any of the profiles if so we suggest to unlink them. and then try to sign in normally.

Thanks for the response. We understand this is confusing and frustrating. We want to help as best as we can though. I would recommend changing the account passwords in case they are being access by someone else. I would also suggest turning off the option
to sign in using the controller as a test. So once you remove that option try to sign into the account and check if it signs them out right after.

You can change the password at account.microsoft.com and it would be under
security.

Have you tried signing in an adult account or any other account other than theirs to see if this happens with that one as well?

I have. There is one adult account and three kids accounts. Two of the kids accounts wont stay signed in. The adult account and other kid account will stay signed in.

It doesn't. It just says Welcome then immediatly signs out. I rebooted the xbox but the same thing happens.
