Xbox One keeps signing me out

    Xbox One keeps signing me out


    I'm using my Xbox One while offline and every time I sign in it automatically signs me right back out. Yet if I login to any of the other profiles on my console nothing happens. Also ever since I added an external Hard drive some
    of my games stopped saving my progress. Even when I unhook it and start over.

    xbox live SUCKS

    Xbox live keeps signing me out! Ever since I've had an xbox one s it keeps signing me out and making me quit games. I also have good internet 100 mbps google fiber, it's becoming a real pain in the butt.

    BTW I'm not even playing online!

    Yeah, I turned it off, turned off Kinect recognition upstairs, and even turned on a passcode for my sign in, but I am still automatically signed in upstairs!

    Hey there geoviking, thanks for reaching out. Can you please send us your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console?

    Please try our steps for
    random disconnections     on your Xbox One console to see if they can help resolve this issue you're experiencing.

    To simply, your saying if the console connects to wifi, then disconnects, then reconnects then it will force the user to sign out?
