    Xbox one keeps signing me out


    Xbox one keeps signing me out every two hours and is extremely annoying when your playing MMO games. Please fix.

    xbox live SUCKS

    Xbox live keeps signing me out! Ever since I've had an xbox one s it keeps signing me out and making me quit games. I also have good internet 100 mbps google fiber, it's becoming a real pain in the butt.

    BTW I'm not even playing online!

    Does it say you signed out or does it say your account signed in at another location?

    If it says you were signed out, see if there is a firmware update for your router/modem and see if that helps. The fact you say it is every two hours suggests something on your network happens at that time which causes a disconnect.

    Some older routers can drop connections causing this kind of behaviour but a firmware update can resolve it if one is available.

    Thank you for the help, thought it did not say it had signed me out your suggestion on the router was right. I did the good old frist thing they tell you at tech support and turned it off and unpluged it and then repluged and turn on. Thought it was system
    though as it started the day my console updated.

    Yeah, I turned it off, turned off Kinect recognition upstairs, and even turned on a passcode for my sign in, but I am still automatically signed in upstairs!

    Hey there geoviking, thanks for reaching out. Can you please send us your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console?

    Please try our steps for
    random disconnections     on your Xbox One console to see if they can help resolve this issue you're experiencing.
