Xbox one keeps signing me out of Live

Having an issue with connecting to xbox live; works one minute then doesn't the next. This has been happening for about a month now and is extremely frustrating. I've gone through all of the steps possible from router settings to moving it to removing all
devices from the room, etc. Xbox says I'm connected to the internet with NAS being open and my download speed is at 25mb/s so it's definitely not an issue on my end. Couldn't find anything to help with this other than the same exact steps time and time again
which I have already tried.

Xbox live keeps signing me out! Ever since I've had an xbox one s it keeps signing me out and making me quit games. I also have good internet 100 mbps google fiber, it's becoming a real pain in the butt.

BTW I'm not even playing online!

To start out, what type of network hardware are you using? If you're connected wireless, lets try a wired connection to see if there's any change with your connection troubles.

Is there anything else to try, because my wireless router is in an area where I'd have to move everything (xbox and TV) to it. Also wanted to add that call of duty MW and IW both updated yesterday while I kept getting signed in and out of live so I do have
internet, but I can't play online, watch movies/shows, and Hulu just gives me a loading error and quits on it's own. I feel like there may be a hardware issue.

 

It wouldn't be a long term solution, but testing a wired connection can help narrow this down. Also, do you have any other consoles connected to your network?

I wish I could, but I don't have the space in my kitchen for everything. Also yes I have a PS3 on wireless as well and it is having no issues. I know the platforms are completely different, but it works just fine, along with everything else on my wireless
network. Only the xbox has been having these issues since April. It was working just fine until then in the same network with the same router with the same settings (followed all the instructions in opening ports and such when I got the xbox). For it to just
start having issues and a lot of other people to be having the same complaints leads me to think it's not my internet.

Apologies for the delay as well. Keep in mind, having two consoles connected to your router make be causing issues. What is the make and model of your router, and have you had a chance to see if there are any new firmware updates available for it? Let us know
