    Xbox one keeps signing me off


    Hi as the title says my Xbox one keeps kicking me out every time I log in for the first time while I didn't do anything yet. This has been happening for a couple of weeks now and want to know if there's a solution to this for the Xbox one version. Thanks

    When I started playing my games I would be in the middle of the game and it keeps signing me off I've restarted game multiple times

    Your profile is kept online by your network. Your profile is online based which is why you have to have Xbox live to activate the cloud and certain online functions. If your router has a hiccup or your stats decline for whatever reason, other devices in
    your house causing interference, or too many devices connected at one time. Here is some troubleshooting to make sure your network isn't the issue.

    Random disconnection solution.

    Have you tried clearing the cache of the console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds .

    Retry afterwards .
