    Xbox one keeps shutting off unexpectedly

    Make sure all your power connections are secure. Also, is your console plugged into the wall outlet or a power strip?

    It was plugged into a power strip I then moved it to a wall outlet thinking that was the problem but nothing was solved. I'm just trying to find out why this is happening this xbox one is 2 days old
