Xbox one keeps saying i have a wired connection but i dont and it wont let me do wirelless

my xbox one keeps saying i have a wired connection but i dont and it wont let me connect wireless anymore cause of it and its been doing this for days i tried everything hard resets going offline but dont do anything and evem connected a wire to see if i
can take it offf but nothing works at all can someone plssss help me

Xbox one thinks i have a wired connection

i have never had a wired connection always wireless and it wont let me do anything because it says i have a wired connection but i dont

 

connecting to xbox live

whenever i try to connect to xbox live, no internet accesses show up and it says that i dont have my xbox 360 wirelless router, BUT I DO. also when it shows my internet access i go and click test xbox live connection and it wont connect. also when it actually
works it disconnects me when i try to play halo reach.

yes it did work but i dont wanna use the wire way cause my xbox is in my room and the internet box is in the kitchen
