XBOX one keeps rebooting

Hello All,

My Xbox One reboots itself after I enter my enter my wireless network password, I tried to do a system restore and once it got to 70% It would reboot and start the process over again. I sent it in to Microsoft and just got it back with a letter that said
they did extensive testing and found nothing wrong. I hooked it back up the tv and again.. It has me push the green "A" button then prompts me to select my wifi network and enter my Password.. Once I do the machine reboots and comes up with the green XBOX
screen.

Any ideas whats going on since Microsoft didn't fix it?

process of elimination...... Pulled of the storage unit.......plugged the network cable in and the console didn't reboot!.......popped back on the storage unit(250g) and it started shutting down and rebooting again every minute or so.......unplugged the
network cable ..........console stopped rebooting.

So I searched the files and deleted old profiles, old games, and tons of stuff no one used anymore.

Reconnected the network cable and the problem has been resolved. I gues there was some bad files or something causing this. Maybe an illegal game one of the kids downloaded who knows? Go figure this ended up being an easy fix! Thanks for all of the help
and suggestions........NOT!!!! At least this is here if anyone else ever has this problem.

 

Xbox 360 keeps rebooting

my xbox360 runs great but When I sign in to Xbox live, I hear a click and the entire console will shut down and reboot after a minute. This repeats over and over until I unplug the network cable from the console. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
I spoke with a wannabe techie and he said the console could be bricked due to my kids cheating? Is this normal? I would expect Microsoft to send me a notice or something if that was the case.

I have a couple of steps for you to follow in order to fix this issue:

1. Press and hold the power button your Xbox One console until it has fully powered down.

2. Unplug the power cable.

3. Unplug the power from your router and modem for 15 seconds, then plug them back in.

4. Plug in your Xbox One console and try again.

 

Thank you but I think I may have found the issue. Looks like Time Warner changed a wireless security setting in the router, I found another thread with instructions on how to change it, I have now been able to sign in and I'm doing the required update as
I type this.
