Xbox one keeps randomly turning itself off during game play

i can put the xbox one on and play a game and it may stay on for 30 mins then randomly turn off . Sometimes it may be for 5 mins then go off then come back on . Inhabe had the console for 19 months but i have read lots of other people having the same problem
abd micrsoft send a new console . Can thisbe fixed ?

Xbox One Turning On

For some reason my new Xbox One keeps on randomly turning itself on. I have the power saver mode turned on and power it off completely when i turn it off. No Kinect, so that isn't an issue. Is my console haunted???

Sounds like it's a power problem. Make sure the Xbox is plugged into a wall outlet, and not a surge protector or power strip. This should fix it.

thank you for the reply... tries the steps in the guide and there was no difference in operation.. I even left it totally unplugged for an entire day, plugged it back in and got about 10 minutes of gameplay in before it shut off all by itself, then a couple
mins later it turned itself back on, then back off, and back on again.... what's wrong with my Xbox?
