Xbox One keeps making me link Twitch

I have a Xbox one x and I stream on it, I never had this issue for the year I been streaming but this started happening yesterday.

I go to share and capture to try and stream with Twitch but it makes me go through the Linking process even though it has already been linked, I go to relink it. The open link menu seems to load but it just generates a different link token and keeps telling me to link.

Neither my Xbox or twitch has any updates that are needed, I manually unlink my accounts and relinked it, that didn’t work.

I need help, I don’t know what to do

It appears to be an ongoing issue affecting several users recently.

I recommend that you help Xbox by reporting the problem through the following link:

https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

Click the green button that says "Report" and fill out the information as detailed as possible.

This way, Xbox can know that there is an issue with Twitch linking and can work to resolve it as soon as possible.

I myself have been having this issue despite trying everything. Both my twitch and youtube are effectively dead in the water because of it.

I am having the same issue. Twitch keeps sending me a successful login, but it just spins on the Xbox app. Neither Twitch nor Xbox shows the accounts as linked. The trouble shooting doesn't seem to have an answer to this question

That's the problem on twitch it's linked on xbox it's not when I try to link it to my Xbox it leaves me on a load screen forever

Account- link social account- twitch then I go to log in twitch home screen and enter username and password it sends me account token and then it stays loading

Also downloaded app on xbox and linked it there and twitch icon still won't load to home screen

Just go to twitch activate and link your xbox one twitch account from your phone and it will add your twitch account on to your xbox one twitch app. I've just done it myself. It will ask you for the code from your twitch account from your xbox then pop it
in and it will link which account you wish it to.
