Xbox One keeps losing connections to games.

Thats the weird part, the signal from wi-fi and connection to the router keeps the same, it justs lose the connection to the internet.

In AUTO mode it loses the IP address and DHCP error appears and in static mode it just loses the internet connection. But the connection to the router, the Wireless keeps the same.

i will test it on my brother in law's xbox one to see if it happens as on my one.

So when you're disconnected and you subsequently run a LIVE connection test, no error messages come up? Is more info available at all? If so, can you please post here exactly what it says? Also, does this issue persist when you bypass your router and connect
directly to the modem?

When you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" what is the exact message shown on screen? Connected ?

Like I said, zero has changed from one use to the other .

Do you get any error messages? For example when joining the wireless network?

Could you try connecting the Xbox directly to the router with a network cable to test if it will still disconnect you?

ive had this issue a few times and it has been the mw servers and not xbox live they patch it pretty fast unless it is your internet connection then i would go through the help section of the xbox and try the suggested steps
