    Xbox one keeps kicking me out of multiplayer games


    For the past month or so I have had issues with anything multiplayer on my xbox one. For example I have been playing a lot of battlefield 4 but I cant stay in a server for very long before it kicks me out and says i have been disconnected from online services.
    I immediately check my wifi settings and it shows unavailable but it comes right back immediately and lets me go back on whatever I was doing. Throughout this it doesnt disconnect me from xbox live, just shows that services and nat type are unavailable in
    my settings for like 5 seconds. I thought the problem was with my wifi but i have no issues on any other device but my xbox one. It has gotten really annoying so how can I fix this issue so i can play multiplayer games without interruption?

    I’m not sure this will help, I haven’t gotten any kind of error message. It says everything is running great but I still disconnect constantly.

    It’s possible your WiFi router may benefit from a power cycle of 30 seconds to refresh itself (Unplug and wait 30 seconds before plugging back in)

    Is it located in a place it may cause itself to overheat? This may also cause intermittent disconnects.

    Check to make sure the router is located on a hard surface and has space around to breathe cool air.

    Another possibility is signal strength, it may not be strong enough or something has changed causing interference. (i.e. a neighbour with a new router or new router position causing interference.)

    The problem could be with your ISP(Internet service provider) or the connection in the area or the connection from your router.

    You can also try rebooting you xbox by holding down the xbox button for 5-6 sec unpluging it for 30 sec repluging it
