Xbox one keeps freezing/crashing?

fortnite keeps freezing and crashing

Hello,

Did you keep getting crashes??? you said all was good but was that just for something else or u keep getting crash/freeze?

KI crashes all the time now. I played four matches tonight and EVERY one of them crashed. KI keeps freezing up and sometimes it doesn't even load when I relaunch it. I hard booted by Xbox One and it worked for all of five minutes and then crashed again.
Thank goodness Destiny beta is coming soon. This is the pits.

Edge keeps crashing when watching videos , after ten minutes it will freeze and send me back to the home screen. I'm using an Xbox one s and I'm having these issues ? Why haven't this been addressed yet

You'll need to factory reset your Xbox if it continues to give you a system error. Select the troubleshoot option from that screen and then select Reset this Xbox. After select keep my games and apps. Sometimes if the console has become corrupt, you may
need to factory reset a few more times. Eventually you may need to select the option to reset and remove everything if the Xbox continues to have system issues. If you have your Xbox plugged into a surge protector or power strip with backup power properties,
then unplug it from there and plug it directly into the wall. Power strip devices are not recommend as they can degrade the power unit over time.
