Xbox One Keeps Disconnecting While Playing Multiplayer Online Sessions

So recently i had this issue where my xbox would randomly disconnect while i was playing fortnite like it would just lose connection and i would have to go and reconnect to my wifi but then a few moments would pass and it would disconnect again but then
i tried port forwarding and that solved the issue for about a month or so and so recently it started doing the same thing again and i tried resetting the port forwarding but now its not fixing it... Please help !!!

I have the same problem. While playing with my xbox one x, wired connection, I randomly get disconnected from xbox live for about 5 seconds, just enough to kick me out of any online session, then I have to rejoin session and explain my teammates I got
disconnected. It happens very random, but constantly enough to bother me. I did a factory reset, and it seem to have fix it for a while, I'll say it was fix for about 3 weeks. Then yesterday it started doing the same problem again.

It depends on the game you are playing. Some downloads continue while playing, some don't.

If you start a multiplayer session and Xbox LIVE is needed, your download will be paused as long as you play online.

Singleplayer with no Xbox LIVE-usage will work.

Okay, got to play some, but in Career Mode it gets disconnected from Autolog all the time. Also gets disconnected in Multiplayer during sessions, causing a session to end, breaking up any group of players that were playing together. This sucks!
