Xbox One keeps disconnecting from Xbox Live while only playing Backwards Compatible Games

As it says in the title i keep getting disconnected from Xbox Live only
while playing backwards compatible games. Xbox one Itself works fine while playing any game. Note when i get disconnected it only happens on the on the Backwards compatible dashboard and not the Xbox one's. Iv'e tried to fix this many times even trying
a wired connection as well as talking to Xbox's Support... Nothing has been resolved...

Getting disconnected from Xbox Live but only while playing backward compatible game

Occasionally, I will get "disconnected" from Xbox Live while playing a backward compatible game, but it will only appear that I am disconnected while playing that game. I can go back to the Xbox One home screen and it will show that I am connected and have
no problems with my connection there. If I open the 360 guide, it will say that I need to connect to Xbox Live. I have played a few backward compatible games on Xbox One and this has only happened while playing Just Cause 2.

Disconnecting from xbox live and fifa 19

Hi

Is anyone else having disconnection problems whilst playing xbox live fifa 19 on xbox one. Keeps disconnecting from everything anytime whilst playing and says youhave lost connection. Checked router and seems fine . Xbox is hard wired to router

Let's see if we can figure out what's going on here. Let's start off with
clearing your local Xbox 360 data from your Xbox One. Then try again. if that doesn't work, go ahead and unplug your console from the wall and your network and then unplug all your networking hardware. Wait for 5 minutes and then plug it all back in and
try again.

If that still doesn't work, go ahead and post back with your networking information, including the make/model of your router and modem and what your usual Xbox setup looks like and we'll see what we can figure out.

Ok, seems this didn't work...

Router Model: Technicolor TG797n v3

My Xbox One setup is nice and clean and one room away from the router. I have also checked for anything that could be interfering with the wireless signal and seems their is nothing, don't think this is a problem anyway since it only disconnects me only
from the 360 emulator and no one else in the family is having any problems.

Something also to note is that this also used to happen when i had my Xbox 360 tried many fixes for that as well but no result.

have to be a super pro set-up or anything but knowing if the issue happens on a wired connection as well will help us out.

The next thing to try is going to be connecting your console to your network using a wired connection. I know you mentioned it's a room away so this doesn't have to be a permanent solution but we want to eliminate as many variables as we can. It doesn't
have to be a super pro set-up or anything but knowing if the issue happens on a wired connection as well will help us out.

This happens with every backwards compatible game i play, also i already have tried a wired connection and the problem is still happening (tried it not long ago)...

But the problem isn't too bad anymore but still annoying, the only thing it does is disconnects from Xbox Live in the first 5-10 mins and it doesn't seem to happen again, only when i swap to a Xbox One game and come back a while after, after that it does
the same thing...

Hmm okay. Go ahead and try working through the
NAT error troubleshooting guide. It's worth a try to see if you're maybe experiencing a NAT issue.
