    Xbox One keeps disconnecting from xbox live. Please help!


    Hi, every time I try to play multiplayer on my xbox one, my controller starts to blink, and my game say the controller disconnects. After that my console disconnects from xbox live. It happens with both my controllers, and they were both charged. I've tried
    everything that xbox support tells me, and it doesn't work(hard reboots, checking network settings, etc.) This is really annoying. Please help, Thank You.
