Xbox One keeps disconnecting from Xbox Live and my WiFi Help please!

Hi...

When I load up my Xbox at the moment it is a random chance if it will connect to my router or not. If my Xbox does connect to my WiFi it will often disconnect completely and will not pick up my router.

When I select the option to add a wireless network it will often not show up, or when it does show up and when I input my password it comes up with the same error message.

" Cannot connect. Check your network name and password and try again. "
Or sometimes it will connect, but will eventually disconnect again.

I really need some help here anything anyone can tell me about how to fix this problem is really appreciated.

Why does my Xbox one s keep disconnecting from the internet and other devices don't?

I'd really like some help please. My Xbox one s keeps disconnecting from the internet which is extremely annoying in online games. All other devices work perfectly on our wifi, so it can't be that. Help me please!

So I'm having problems with my Xbox one it keeps disconnecting randomly from xbox live an my controller also goes crazy an loses sync...don't know what to or how to fix this problem Internet is fine everthing els that uses WiFi in my house works just fine
while issue happens please someone help me fix this

 

usually means a firmware issue with the console or the router. try restoring the router to factory settings, and make sure the wireless encryption is set to WPA2 personal with AES, or just wpa2, just not any sort of mixed encryption. also you can restore
the xbox to factory settings to make sure there isn't any issues on your consoles software side. and if you are a Preview program, and if you are, check their support forum for additional info

 

1st thing I would try is to move things closer together to see if its a signal strength issue , if not , then I would hard wire it to see if its a isp issue...
