Xbox one keeps disconnecting from the WiFi.

So I recently relocated to a new location and I'm having trouble staying connected to my WiFi. I will be fine for about 10-20 minutes, then I will be disconnected but reconnected immediately. It sometimes sayshe I have strict NAT and I don't know how
to fix it. On my Xbox I have 8 down 8 up and 112 latency. Thanks for helping me. I am on Xbox one.

Xbox one s connection problems

My xbox one s keeps disconnecting from wifi but it works most of the time. It's not the wifi or router because everything else connected works.

Why does my Xbox one s keep disconnecting from the internet and other devices don't?

I'd really like some help please. My Xbox one s keeps disconnecting from the internet which is extremely annoying in online games. All other devices work perfectly on our wifi, so it can't be that. Help me please!

sounds like a router problem , what is the brand and model # of the modem and router you are using ?

others have had problems with Ubee's , you could try it wired to see if its just a wireless problem or not....you could reset the router to factory defaults and see if that helps ....you will have to forward the ports most likely to get the NAT open ...(or
give it back to your ISP and get your own modem and router)....

I had a similar issue with both my Xbox and controller that kept disconnecting.

I resolved my issue by removing my Xbox from the 5 Ghz band and connecting it to the 2.4 Ghz band. If you have a dual band router, I would give it a try.

I have read on various articles that interference is one of the major causes of this particular issue. Since I have multiple devices connected to my router, I figured this might be my issue. Since I’ve done this, I have not had any controller or Xbox disconnection
issues.

A possible simple solution…..

I had similar problems, so i got in touch with xbox via online chat and asked for a call back, they then talked me through some procedures and the problem was solved, sorry i cant remember what they said. I wouldnt want to tell you the wrong steps to take,
so perhaps get a call back?
