    Xbox One keeps crashing at load screen and going back to Dashboard


    While playing Dragon Age Inquisition(disc), my Xbox One just suddenly went paused, went black for a few seconds and then kicked me back to the dashboard. Now it continues to do this as I'm loading the game up. I get past the menu screen, press continue,
    and it loads for about 20secs then immediately kicks me back to the dashboard. I looked up the issue and it seems to be a big problem for a lot of people. I tried some of the solutions people say they used, (rebooting system, unplugging power, switching power
    mode, uninstalling and reinstalling game,) but nothing seems to be working. what is the issue? I was able to play Destiny(disc) with no problem as well as my game on my hardrive.

    crashing problem

    forza horizon 3 keeps crashing at load screen called xbox and went through all troubleshooting steps and nothing seems to be working somebody please help

    Forza horizon 3 4k update crash

    since the recent 4k update forza horizon 3 keeps crashing,the game loads up ok but as soon as u leave the festival and start driving the screen freezers makes a loud beep and goes back to xbox home screen,when will it be fixed microsoft ????

    Forza 5 crashing to dashboard. The fix is to delete my profile and lose all saved data?

    I am still getting these issues where it will not load tracks and crashes back to dashboard. I then can not load any other game and have to hard reset the Xbox One!

    This just isn't right..

    Is leaving your Xbox one on while watching TV bad for the console?

    I had my xbox one connected to cable and it crashed had to send it back to Microsoft ! Got the green loading screen

    Only certain games work on my Xbox Series X. Ongoing for awhile now.

    I have similar issue with the games fortnite, Apex, warzone, borderlands. It crashes at loading screen when I press "A" to continue. It freezes and ten go to dashboard or Xbox turns off. I couldnt find solutions. My Xbox is out of warranty :(

    Launching games kicks me back to home screen problem.

    I have the same problem:

    DR3 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck at "Loading"

    AC4 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck loading the save game

    KI- crashes to home

    COD- Goes into a loop going back to the splash screen after showing the menu for a second or two

    These are all digital download games. I'm on my 2nd replacement xbox and support hasn't been able to help me at all.
