Xbox one keep sending me to Troubleshooting screen (Original model)

Everytime I boot up my Xbox one it's takes me to the troubleshooting screen without touching anything. I tried the power cycle and the offline update. I had the system since 2014 and brought it from GameStop. I wanna know is there any way to fix it without
sending it to get fix. Another thing is does when I put in a game it makes a crushing sound or takes long to start the game.

Console won't play region 2 DVDs error code 0x91d70005

I've had a similar problem where the blu-rays made the screen go blank and DVDs gave me the error code. No mention of regions though. Spoke to microsoft who sent a replacement model, replacement model does exactly the same.

They're looking at sending me another replacement, not the best start to my xbox one experience!

Console not turning on fully

Please try the
troubleshooting steps for a black screen when turning on the Xbox One console here.

Do you have a Xbox One S or X, or do you have an original Xbox One with external power supply? If you have the original Xbox One, what color is the LED on the external power supply?

Which model of xbox one do you have.

If it is the original with external power supply then you would be best troubleshooting that https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/console-wont-power-on

If you have an xbox one S or X then you will most likely need to send it in for repair.

They go back to the original buisness model,microsoft will lose money.unless you decide to buy enough xbox ones yourself to keep ms in buisness.they wont revert the policy to its original state
