Xbox one just keeps coming up error 0x800401fb can someone help me

We are not able to find any info on that error on the support site. Could you share a photo of the entire error screen?

Could you also describe in detail what causes the error to appear and what you have tried so far to clear it up?

Odd that there are already a few others posts with others having the same problem.

tired going to setting to check the network and other bits but got s different error message 0x800401fb

Help would be great please.

This worked for me though I did not need to remove my account, just had to login on the system and Microsoft signin.

try those steps.

1. go to settings, network settings, advance settings, alternate mac, press A on clear and restart.

unplug modem and router for 5 minutes,

make sure you know the email and password before removing the account.

3. remove your profile on the console then add it back in. the profile can be remove by going on settings, account, then remove accounts.

Can someone help me I just got another xbox because my other one broke and this one needs a new update I think it is to make the dashboard look better but my system won't update HELP!! Keeps saying error and then tells me to check my connection and every
thing is fine

It's not letting me watch any movie on there, plus it keeps coming up with different error codes, the newest one is WE0400. A little help maybe? c:
