For those lucky ones who received a rebate offer on their 360 front page, have any of you received your live credit yet?

I was offered $50, and I definitely activated my new X1 before July 31st... Haven't received my code yet...

Broken Rewards or Broken Account?

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

There are currently no offers Wolfenstein qualifies for. If you are eligible for VIP rebates, it would be part of your rebate for this month. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too soon
to see credits pending for October purchases.

Why, when I buy a game, I don't take any credits?

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time. Or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing
gold.

There were no offers in September that FIFA would have been eligible for. If you are eligible for VIP rebates, it would have been part of your rebate for that month.

Support will double check your purchases, but everytime you see a listing for "MyVIP Star Rank..." that is your VIP rebate for that month. That is your credit for any purchases made that month that did not qualify for another offer on the site at the time.

Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders are not eligible for VIP rebates and would only award credits if there is a specific offer for them. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

Destiny 2 is not included on the current punchcard for you because you preordered it before the offer began on July 1.
