    Bonjour,

    J'ai acheté The Elder Scrolls III : Morrowind (sur Xbox), et il est marqué sur la liste de compatibilité Xbox One.

    Mais quand j'insert le CD, la console voit le CD. Mais quand je clique sur l'icône, il me marque que le jeux n'est pas compatible, et j'ai le lien de la liste.

    Alors il faut essayer ceci >

    1/ Enlever le jeu du lecteur

    2/ Dans le menu principal de la Xbox one, maintenir enfoncer 10 secondes le bouton on/off ( 10 sec c'est important même si la console se coupe au bout de 2-3 sec ).

    3/ Attendre 30 sec

    4/ Allumer la console , une fois sur le menu principal , vous devez vous connecter avec votre compte ET être connecté internet c'est important car la console doit télécharger une mise jour pour que le jeu puisse se lancer.

    5/ Une fois connecté internet , veuillez insérer le jeu, vous devriez voir la mise jour / installation se lancer.

    Est-ce que cela solutionne votre soucis ?

    Hey there Arcka!

    Sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulty trying to play Morrowind.

    This is usually due to some kind of miscommunication with the console and Xbox Live or from an update needing to be applied to your console. That being the case, I would suggest that if you're still experiencing difficulty with this after all the troubleshooting
    to try a soft reset of your console. It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

    Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
    will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

    Also make sure that you select the option denoted
    reset and keep my games and apps.
