Xbox One issues.

The followers and club stuff is stupid. What was wrong with the friends system on xbox 360?? Simple add or remove friend. Now there's stupid clubs and followers and when I delete someone there still a follower. So annoying. Bring back the 360 friends
system! Maybe I should consider switching to playstation?

Xbox one issues

There is now a problem when inserting games. Upon pressing The eject button Xbox one ejects the games then quickly pulls them back in. Also after putting in a new game xbox tells me error and I then restart the Xbox one everything is fine until I eject a
game.

 

Choices are always good. Don't want someone following after deleting them...block them...problem solved. You'll find the friend system fairly similar on the PS4.

 

Are people stepping out of their time machines for the first time?

What's with these people complaining about things we've had for quite a while?

Did they just turn their Xbox on for the first time in a few years?

Someone even made a thread about their Xbox being stolen... last December. Apparently it took them 7 months to notice.

 

"Followers" are just people who have you on their friends list, but you don't have them on
your friends list. You can't really control your follower count (afaik). You can still block anybody who gives you problems.

Clubs are just communities of players with a similar gaming interest, and it could help organize group-finding so you almost always have someone to play with. It's a completely optional thing.

Other than that, the "Friends" system is still the same as it was on the Xbox 360. Followers and Clubs are just extra sub-features.

 

I think the Followers stuff is stupid too! With Xbox 360, the system asks Accept or Decline for those wanting to be friends. With Xbox One, they have just encouraged more immature and what could be more harmful, behaviour which goes against the Code of Conduct.
STALKING. That is exactly what this Following system does. I've heard many say when playing on Xbox One "I didn't get your friend request" and then the other person says "you have to add them back". Your not friends with each other unless YOU BOTH ADD EACH
OTHER. That's some messed up system lol. So you could get some 40 year old following this 12 year old girl. And they wouldn't know because they may be use to the Xbox 360's system. I have several friends from my Xbox 360 friends list who are under 18. I'm
on their friends list, they're on my friends list. When people follow your Xbox profile, the Xbox 360 system on your Xbox 360 console DOESN'T tell you, unless you log onto smartglass, Xbox app, or this website. And they'll be like, how long has this freak
being following me. It's happened to me too. I log into my Xbox One console, how long have these people been following me for? I have to do regular friends list checks to stay on top of it. And I have a lot of girls on my friends list. I feel sorry for them
the amount of people stalking or following them.

I don't mind the club idea though. Me and some of my best friends have formed a club and we create our own clan on Xbox 360. But Xbox 360 doesn't have clubs/clans. Xbox One does.

The Xbox 360 only allows a maximum 100 on your friends list. Xbox One's system offers at least 10x more than that. I regularly had to do friends list clean ups on Xbox 360 cause others couldn't add me.

 

Erm.................You do realise that the current friend system is pretty much identical to Twitter right?

I mean you can follow people on Twitter, but they don't have to follow you back.
