    I have a COD 1tb xbox one andthe past 2 days it will not load any of my games it will close them after a few mins and say that it is taking to long, i also can not shut it down from the menus the only way i can make it go off is with manually pressing the
    button untell it goes off, I have tried the fix on this website, on youtube videos, everything and nothing has seemed to help

    There is now a problem when inserting games. Upon pressing The eject button Xbox one ejects the games then quickly pulls them back in. Also after putting in a new game xbox tells me error and I then restart the Xbox one everything is fine until I eject a

    Hey Southern here are a couple of solutions for you to try. Let me know if one of them fixes the problem for you.

    Solution 1- Hard reset. Hold power button on the front of the console until it turns off. Unplug console from wall outlet for a minute then plug back in and power back on and try the game again.

    Solution 2- Reset console. Go to settings, system, console and updates, reset console. Choose to keep everything and your console will restart. After it boots back up again you will do a quick set-up and sign back in. try your games and see if they work
    like normal again.

    thank you so much for your help the first one did not do anything for me but the 2nd one seemed to fix all my isssues.

    No worries I doubt its the controller more chance it being the headset adapter, I have looked around the preview forums lots there with this problem so it will be looked at, one other thing I found make sure your Kinect mic is unchecked for chat.

    Have you done all the tests in networks what is your NAT type, are you wired/wireless, in advanced settings as anything change mine are on auto, Also when you do a reset unplug from mains for at least 30 seconds up to 5 minutes, don't use a power strip.

    Give it time if you factory reset you will have to install everything again try a couple of hard resets
