Xbox One Issues

I've had my Xbox for about two years now with no major issues up until recently. There seems to be some sort of hiccup with my system. Lately, whenever I try to access most, if not all things, it all comes up blank. I see things like "nothing to show right
now" in Community, as well as general blankness in Oneguide and the store. Trying to load into these fails as well, giving me a "Content isn't available" error and things like that. I tried looking up the error codes given but those weren't of much help. The
weird thing is, if I look at my friend's list it shows everyone and what they are playing. Whenever I try to view their profile - including my own - I get a message that says "That didn't work."

I've done just about everything in common sense I could think of, including holding down the power button for ~15 seconds and testing my multiplayer/network connections (which also showed up just fine apparently) and at this point it's just like there's
a big black brick sitting in front of my TV. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if not at least you took the time to read this.

Xbox one issues

There is now a problem when inserting games. Upon pressing The eject button Xbox one ejects the games then quickly pulls them back in. Also after putting in a new game xbox tells me error and I then restart the Xbox one everything is fine until I eject a
game.

 

Hey there. Try holding the power button to turn it off, but then unplugging the power cord from the back for 5 minutes. If that doesn't work, it seems like this is a connection problem, so you'll have to start troubleshooting your network.
