Xbox One Issues

So ever since the Xbox live crash/friends list issue thing during the Destiny beta, my Xbox one has been acting strangely, and over the last four days it has been worse. I can rarely see my friends or favorites lists in the Friends app--says we cant show
this right now. Same with news feed info. Party chat is hardly working--if I can join, can't hear anyone, no one can hear me, or it shows as if no one else is in the party. Installs of games are taking a long time, longer than usual. When I first turn
on the Xbox, it has trouble finding the ads and information regarding xbox live content for at least 5-10 minutes, when it is usually up instantly. I have tried a hard reset a number of times (holding the power button for 5-10 seconds), I have tried resetting
my router (no other devices seem to be having any issues with the Internet). Last night I did two hard resets, and the first popped up with the "System Error. Contact Microsoft Support." message which scared the crap out of me. I did another hard reset
and it started up again, but I'm having the same issues I was. I need help. Should I be thinking about trying the Factory Restore defaults option here?

There is now a problem when inserting games. Upon pressing The eject button Xbox one ejects the games then quickly pulls them back in. Also after putting in a new game xbox tells me error and I then restart the Xbox one everything is fine until I eject a
game.

 

Give it time if you factory reset you will have to install everything again try a couple of hard resets

 

Have you done all the tests in networks what is your NAT type, are you wired/wireless, in advanced settings as anything change mine are on auto, Also when you do a reset unplug from mains for at least 30 seconds up to 5 minutes, don't use a power strip.

 

I need help too please. Every since the Destiny Beta things are getting worse for me also. My issue is with party chat. Some people can hear me in party chat and some can't. The friend I'm on chat with most hasn't been able to hear me for over 2 wks now.
I can hear him very well. I've done clear cache, clear mac, opened ports, factory reset, my NAT is open, new headset, reboot over and over, reset, everything I can think of. Nothing has helped. Microsoft said as long as NAT is open and the ports are open chat
will work. I don't know what else to do. It's not working! I need help please??? Thank you

 

I am on the preview and the party chat issue is still a problem, one thing to try is unplug headset remove the headset adapter and clean the part that plugs into the adapter, put it all back together and see what happens.I will see if I can find any info.

 

I bought a new headset and it still doesn't work. Could it be my controller? I'm new to tech also. Sorry if that's a dumb question about it being my controller lol and thank you

 

No worries I doubt its the controller more chance it being the headset adapter, I have looked around the preview forums lots there with this problem so it will be looked at, one other thing I found make sure your Kinect mic is unchecked for chat.

Ok thank you. I'll try that. Everything was working fine and then me and 2 friends got on chat in the Destiny beta and it was working but then neither person could hear me anymore. Later my friend could hear me a little then not at all. It's been that way
for weeks now

 

Not much I can do now, just hope they come up with a fix soon good luck.

 

Update: for anyone having the problem in party chat where your friends can't hear you. My friend and I just found out last night it's the turtle beach headsets
