    Xbox One Issues -- Need Help.


    Hello everyone,

    My Xbox One has been freezing a ton of late, so much I am unable to use it at all. The only thing I have downloaded to my system is Madden 16, which I have un-installed and re-installed, which did not fix the issue. About half of the time I turn it on,
    it won't even let me navigate the dashboard.

    I tried accessing Xbox Support, but naturally it keeps saying they have an issue on those webpages and they will not load. I have tried full system shutdowns, unplugging the system entirely, and just giving it time. My power strip (not sure the proper
    terminology) also has made occasional weird clicks and stuff when the freezing occurs. No idea what to do and am very let down about it, as I can't just afford to go purchase a new one like some people are able to.

    Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone.

    If you look at the second post it details the ports required for online play that need to be opened in your router. See if that fixes your issues, You may have to set a static IP on the XB1 to apply these settings correctly, if you need help with this, again, let me know Xbox One Issues -- Need Help. :)

    Actiontec c2000a multiple console support

    Need help troubleshooting wifi connectivity issues with my new xbox one s. I never had issues with my original xbox one, but after purchasing my xbox one s I get signed out or disconnected daily. I'm thinking this might be due to having two xbox one consoles
    on the same network, but the issues persist even if only one of them is turned on.

    Hi KiNgK57,

    Sorry you're having issues with your Console. First thing I notice is the power supply issue you're describing. Does it change color when it clicks? Also make sure that you're plugged directly into the wall, and not a power strip. Also, if you are
    in the wall already, try a new socket. When the Dash and Games freezing, I would first try a hard reset. To do this with the console on, hold the power button down for 5-10 seconds (your Xbox will quickly shut off). After you've done that try powering the
    console back on again. Also, try a different game to see if it freezes. If you do not own a game, go to the Xbox Store and download a demo or free game and test it out. If it doesn't freeze, I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling Madden again from the
    console.

    I have uninstalled/reinstalled the game and this did not work, nor did trying another game. I also attempted to plug the system into the wall instead of a powerstrip, this did not do the trick either. I'm beginning to run out of options... Thank you for

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your last Credit event happened on the 11th, you should see your deposit in this month's end of month deposit cycle that is coming up soon.

    Xbox one System issue Need help asap

    Normally the Eject + Power button will force the display into the lowest resolution. The only thing I can think to try if that is not working is trying a different TV/outlet set and see if you can get the display to appear. If it does, go to your Settings,
    Display & Sound, and change the resolution to the lowest one, then go back to your original TV, boot it up, then do the same thing to get the supported resolution for your TV that you want to use.
