Xbox One issues after 07.02.16 update

After this mornings system update, my console doesn't detect my external hard drive, the wireless doesn't work (says please send to Microsoft for repair) and menus are painfully slow. Any advice/help ??

Having the same issue, tried reboot, tried factory reset, tried clearing persistent storage, tried clearing alt MAC, tried literally everything under the sun except the offline update diagnostic tool. This problem suddenly started happening ONLY after I
downloaded an update months ago. Clearly its an issue with the Operating System and not a physical component of the Xbox, so the issue is 110% on Microsoft's side of things. FIX THIS MICROSOFT, I didn't pay you hundreds of dollars for a console that bricks
itself after 3 years.

Yeah i didn't want to really have do that either, but i guess i have to, but if the problem still happens after the reset i don't know what else to do

What is going on with the xbox one after this update?! I see so many players having problems, myself included. These include unresponsive buttons, controllers not syncing, extremely long load times and startup times, screens freezing, green screens, black
screens, losing audio, menus not loading or showing, and several other issues. I downloaded and installed the offline tool, it seemed to help it for a day or so, still having issues. I would like an answer from somebody at Microsoft. I see the same BS replies.
Was it something in the latest update causing these things? If so, needs to be fixed quickly. Never had any problems at all until week or so ago.

Genesis, I clicked the link, but it says group not found. I am clueless on exactly what the preview program is. About to search for information on it, but appreciate any reply on here that could help me out. I have been unsuccessful in trying to play my
Xbox One the past 2 days. Can't even get it to home screen.

 

I am having the same problem. Last few days I am missing menus. Screens take forever to move around. I am not part of any preview program. Xbox one just seems really inresponsive. I have restarted my internet. I have powered off Xbox and restarted. Still
a problem. Came to forum to see if there were others having the same issue and see they have exactly the same. Something is up. It's just last few days it's acting like this.

 

I got home and turned on my xbox and hoped on YouTube and it kicked up select a account with xbox live. I have 2 months left on my gold membership and i couldn't join/start up a party, or play online! I did what most people recommended. That being deleting
my account from my xbox, restart it, then download my account back. I tried that and now every time i put in my username and password, it kicks up the accounts that were already downloaded. Help! I should be able to use my account!!!!!

 

Yeah, I am not part of preview program. Still having issues along with several other players I've talked to. What has caused the consoles to start having problems the past week or so? I would like to hear a definitive answer from Microsoft. Pretty sure it's
got to be something in the update, just wish it would be addressed and get a solution for it.

My Xbox one is no longer playing sound from Blue-Rays. It plays TV sound and will continue to play TV sound while Blue-Ray picture is running. This is since the latest update. I tried turning off the TV source then I have no sound. I restarted Xbox one twice
but no help.
