Xbox one issue. Help please

When i go to games and apps i used to have a list that said "ready to install" with any demos, dlc, etc that i have deleted or redeemed on the website but now this has disappeared. I redeemed a code for watch dogs dlc on the site and its not on my console
i was going to get it from the ready to install section but obviously cant. I live chatted but theyre werent much help. Any help appreciated

Please Help, Headset Issue

Hi.

So, to begin, I got an Xbox One not too long ago and I bought a wireless Turtle Beach headset for it. I could hear everything online: game audio, my friends talking. But they couldn't hear me. They can see my mic lighting up but no voice volume can be heard on their end. Which is weird, because when I send a voice message they can hear that just fine. So it's clearly not a mic issue. But I thought it was so I ended up returning my wireless headset and going back to a wired one to see if that would be better and fix my problem. It didn't, so clearly at this point I'm pissed off. Especially because I wanted to be wireless. So at this point I'm thinking it has to be an Xbox setting, right? Nope. I've checked every single setting imaginable on this trash Windows 8-style dashboard (my God, why did they ever get rid of the 360 layout?). Anyway, it wasn't a privacy or audio setting or anything. I've updated my controller, I've assigned a headset and controller to my gamertag, I've hard reset the entire Xbox. I've literally done 99% of anything all of you on IGN boards could ever recommend me to do to try and fix the issue. But I'm hoping there's someone in the world who can give me advice and find that 1% that I haven't tried.The only time the mic doesn't work is just when I try to use game or party chat to talk to people. I can hear game audio on Blops 3 just fine and the people talking online, but not a single soul can hear me and I'm ready to break the goddamn Xbox. Could it be a software issue? Is that the problem? Because I can't think of anything else in this world that it could be. I work for Microsoft inside of Best Buy so I got the One for free because of my position, so I honestly shouldn't complain (though it is a refurb one because companies are cheap). I'm at the point where I'm ready to just give this Xbox back and buy my own. Does anyone have *any* input on this at all? Anyone have the same experience? I'm all out of ideas. Please show me the light before I go crazy. This is one of the most frustrating things I've ever experienced in my lifetime of playing games online. I can't even talk to damn friends smh. I've googled the hell out of this and the internet has literally no fix, which blows my mind. Never thought I'd say that I couldn't find something on Google. I'm hoping there's a person on here who is a brainiac on this. This is my last resort.

When you say it's not on my console, do you mean it's not in the shop either, because it should be, and you should be able to get it again from there.

 

Its not in the store. I used to have a list at the very right hand section of my games and apps. If you check your own console you probably have it i asked two friends and they still have it there

Also, have you tried the game tile itself, go to my games and apps etc, hi-light Watch Dogs and press start on the controller, that way you can manage the game, see add ons etc, you may be able to get it there.

 

Not in the programme. Also tried the manage game option still nothing appearing for any of them

 

Rize I believe you have to download it from the store before it shows up in that section.

 

Dragon is correct, I just came home and redeemed my code, and all it did was give me $22.00 to buy the seasons pass with. So essentially all it was, was a prepaid code for $22.00 and I had to buy the pass from the marketplace with it.

 

I get this but i got a dlc code for a gun for watch dogs and its not in the store, a friend got the same dlc and his was in the ready to install section but mines aint there

 

It may have already installed itself then, do you have auto update and the likes on, also is the game disc or digital, if digital that can explain the auto installing of dlc.

 

Be care full with pre paid codes, I ended up spending one on films that was supposed to be for titanfall dlc haha.

 

It defo aint there when i go to manage game i can only uninstall the game itself where as with cod i have skins etc
