    xbox one issue: disconnects while playing online


    hi all

    first time using this forum but i am at a loss with whats going on with my xbox one. For some reason lately while i have been playing COD Advanced warfare i get into a game very easy and just as im starting to think im COD god it just kicks out and puts
    me back to the multiplayer screen with a message of "you need a active network connection" even though it lets me straight back in again and within a few minutes it does the same again. I have reboot my internet router hundreds of times even changed the channels
    on the wireless settings changed it from 5ghz to 2.4ghz and nothing helps i tried to hard wire using ethernet cables but my port seems to not work and says it cant give me service information. I have checked the download speed and im getting between 80-90
    mb on wireless and my ping rate is well over 11 i contacted xbox and tried the port forwarding solution but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else had this issue . Please can anyone help before i loss the plot

    Problem With Guide Button

    Whenever I press the guide button on my xbox one my system gets laggy and oftentimes it disconnects me from games while playing online anyone else having this issue or know of any fixes?

    Disconnected while playing online.

    While the Linksys E3000 router is on the
    Xbox Live Compatible Hardware     list, make sure the Firmware version(s) match your device. Because often older firmwares don't support two consoles, and sometimes newer firmwares (for whatever crazy reason) suddenly don't support two consoles anymore.

    So make sure your firmware is of the following version(s):

    E3000 Linksys E3000 High Performance Wireless-N Router 1.0.00

    E3000 Linksys E3000 High Performance Wireless-N Router 1.0.01.006

    E3000 Linksys E3000 High Performance Wireless-N Router 1.0.02.004

    Also check if your broadband modem that connects your E3000 to the internet really is a "stupid" modem, and not a "smart" modem with NAT functions.

    Disconnected while playing online.

    Sometimes having 2 consoles on one router will cause nat problems. You can try setting both console to static ip addresses and setting port forwarding for both ip addresses see if that corrects your problems. What router are you using ?

    I have the same issue, the fault is not on your end. I had fourteen friends online while I was gaming and got disconnected. When I immediately signed back in I saw all my friends that were online offline for one minute. Fortunately, after that I played online
    with my friends for an hour or so without a single disconnect.
