Xbox one isnt turning on at all.

I recently bought a xbox one off of facebook marketplace for my brother, and for the first 3 days it worked perfercly fine, but now wont turn on. I get no sound, no light, nothing. I tried unplugging the power supply from the console, the brick, and wall. I know the power supply is good because not only did I just buy it but it works on mine which ive had for 8 years.

You can also try connecting it to multiple wall outlets and see which one works.

Since you have tried the power supply to a different console and it works from there. It would be best to get a replacement power supply if the above steps doesn't work.

do you have anyone that you could borrow a power brick from to try theirs on your console? also try unplugging the power brick from the mains and from the console for about 5 mins and then try plugging all back in again and try again.

I would try and get hold of another power brick to test first though before buying another.

Something similar has happened to me a few times and I have had to wait a minute or two before the light went out. I unplug the outer brick from pews and the console and wait then reset. If you have a power strip try resetting that as well.
