Xbox One isn't sending a video signal through HDMI cable

This is the first time that this is happened to me, but apparently it's not a new issue. I have three Black Platinum Monster HDMI cables, none of them work, my $4,500 TV that I bought 3 months ago is definitely not the issue. I ejected Call of Duty to put
in Forza and as soon as I ejected the disc the video feed got cut off. I've tried different HDMI slots, etc. Done both ways of hard-booting the console, didn't work.

My honest-to-god only question is WHY did you release a console that can't even handle its own OS? This is ridiculous. I had an Xbox 360 Elite for SEVEN years and had no issues. Granted, I went through 4 of the original 360s but the Elite lasted me from
its release date up until about three months ago. You're charging $500 for a console that works 50% of the time, and 75% of the time it's having issues that no normal consumer can fix themselves. I'm a district manager for Best Buy, I'm in charge of 24 stores,
and I'm about to send an email to all of my General Managers telling them to push PS4s to customers looking at Xbox One's.

I've had Xbox LIVE for 11 years, and never have I been more disappointed in Microsoft.

    :)

  2. HDMI Pass Through

People have the misconception of HDMI pass through. All this means is that the HDMI signal from your cable box is "passed through" the Xbox one. If your Xbox isn't on, it won't be able to pass the signal through.

Crushed Blacks, Improper color Gamut, Digital noise using TV with HDMI in

Has anyone at MS acknowledged these issues when using the HDMI in for TV? It is really obvious these are real problems when you compare the HDMI video signal to the original video signal coming out of the Cable box.

Picture quality is pretty clearly degraded passing through the Xbox one.
