    Xbox one is working slow but my phone is running fine.... wifi problem


    I am connected to the wifi on my phone and it is running perfect but when I try playing on my Xbox, it is super slow! I've tried unplugging the router and everything but I get the same solution. Need help please!

    Xbox one s keep disconnected when Iphone connecting to wifi?

    First I thought it was just the internet problem but it seems that everyone in the house is using the wifi fine, when I connecting my Xbox to the internet (Xbox live) its work fine but it disconnects my phone off the wifi? and if I try to connect my the
    Wifi on back to the phone, the Xbox Live disconnects?

    anyone that have any deal what causing this please help. thank you.

    Problems for home Wifi when Xbox One Is wired into network

    I'm having a problem with my wifi in my house when my Xbox One is connected to my Modem/router via cable. When anyone is on their tablet/phones their wifi quits working. You shut off the Xbox One or unplug the ethernet cable and everyone's wifi works with
    no problems. If you have the Xbox One connect via wifi there are NO problems. The only problem with that is the download speed is about 1/5th the speed. I'm just curious if anyone has had this problem.

    xbox live disconnects every 30 minutes

    Try changing the wifi channel.

    I had a similar problem ages ago. Xbox kept disconnecting and was really slow but my ps3 and laptop worked fine. I changed the wifi channel from channel 1 to channel 11 and xbox worked fine after that

    There doesn’t seem to be an issue with with console. It runs fine remote from my iPad. But it doesn’t on the phone.

    The problem is no doubt the xbox one. Everything else in my household works just fine over wifi. Everything, I'm running a 50mbs connection here. I'm only experiencing stutter on the xbox one, streaming apps netflix,hbo go and others.

    my xbox disconnects, but I think because of the mobile phones and wifi, but I turn my phone wifi off and it works fine, it it's not completed then I just click download again and it starts from there it finished.
