Xbox One is waaay too slow!

Once DX12 hits, it's been reported to improve the Xbox One's ability to load and multitask by 600%!

That's 6x faster than it is now!

 

oh...I thought it would be atleast 800%....ugh...I'm over this console!!!

 

I heard DX 12 means I get more miles to the gallon!

 

Not sure about everyone else but the 360 takes quite a while to load when turned on. approx 40 seconds to bring up the GT's to choose from. Then i choose the GT to use and that another 15-20 seconds. I know it does not sound like much.....but you do not
expect to wait that long to log in to live. Anyone else experiencing these slow times??

 

I got 50+ DL and 6+ UL. No way its on my end. My one runs fine.

 

The 360 takes longer to start the more profiles you have on it, if you are going to the tag selection screen.

Start it up with a single profile on the console.

 

Do you have your Xbox connected via wireless? Try a wired connection.

 

I have well over 6 profiles on my console (for friends and family) and only run 6mbps down and 1 up with ~100ms ping for latency. Despite this, my console, games, and apps all boot up relatively fast - usually within 3-5 seconds easily. There are rare exceptions,
like when a game or app decides to crash instead, but otherwise, I find this console to be absolutely wonderful in most respects and almost certainly worlds faster than the Xbox 360 console - and it's only going to get better down the line.
