Xbox one is stuck on preparing console screen

This is exactly what my new Xbox One did... fortunately the warranty was good and was repaired in a week. They had to replace the hard drive! They may have got a batch of bad ones, who knows... like all electronics, there are bad ones in the batch occasionally.

I would definitely follow the advise to get repaired before warranty is out.

Although the withdraw is horrible!!!

for me, it sounds like a file on your hard drive is corrupted.

Of course, if you still have a guarantee, you can follow Buachaill Dona's advice and send in your XBOX.

Because the last option seems to be an "Offline System Update".

Here you should

1. not be an alpha tester (There was a message that is incompatible with an offline update for this one.)
2. you may need to know which system version was installed so far.

However, it does not rule out that your hard drive has an error and needs to be replaced!!! But maybe you belong to the group of self-made users and want to try it out. Like me ;-)

It wont connect to my xbox while it's doing this error

The Xbox App on smartphone has a function dedicated to remote control, simulates an xbox controller, of course you have to be connected to your account. Try like this.

If you manage, to reach the troubleshooting menu, download an update to a usb stick and follow the troubleshooting steps given in the link.
